INFO BELOW IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT.

To make an appointment we require a reservation guarantee which is your Visa or MasterCard number and some other information to reserve a time, BUT we will not charge anything to that card unless you do not keep an appointment or if you do not cancel it with a minimum of 48 hours notice or 72 hours notice around Holidays.
Appointments made with less than 48 hours, and/or appointments accepted for lessons outside our normal 11a-3p regular hours are non-cancellable and non-changeable.

Your actual payment will be made upon arrival on the day of your lesson in cash or check. WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS for payment, but require one to protect us from no-shows and late cancellations which will be charged to their credit card the full amount for the time that was reserved.

After sending your reservation guarantee details below, the best way to contact us for additional information, our current hours of operation and for an appointment is to call us anytime at (760) 942-2188 and leave a message. We will often return your call soon after receiving it, and almost always within 24 hours. Please understand that when we are open and busy teaching lessons, we never answer the telephone because the lessons taking place and people in our presence get our full attention (as you will appreciate when you come to us!), and it is a bit noisy to have a quality conversation on the tel.

Most tel calls are returned in the morning (or evening if necessary) from my home office, where if you have Caller ID, you will see private/blocked number when I call, as I do not want calls back to my home office since I am almost always on the tel. I check Ski School messages numerous times every day outside of the hours I'm busy at the ski school.

After receiving your Visa or Master Card information, we will contact you to schedule your appointment. I prefer to speak with you to confirm your initial appointment and go over other details such as previous experience, specific goals, etc, to help make sure things go as they should when you arrive, but if absolutely necessary, your appointment can be confirmed with voice message or email, and after your first appointment can easily be done with voice message.

We DO NOT process any charge to your card unless you do not keep your appointment, OR if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. The actual payment will be made upon your arrival (20 minutes early) on the day of your appointment by your choice of either cash or check. We do not accept credit or debit cards because of the 3 to 5% fee they charge us. This helps us to avoid raising our fees. Thank you for understanding.

We require 48 hours minimum notice if you must cancel your appointment for any reason, which gives us an opportunity to fill your previously reserved time with another person.

You are welcome and encouraged to e-mail us the info below to expedite confirming your appointment, and then to ALSO telephone us and leave a short message to confirm we have received the info you e-mailed and would like an appointment (or additional info).

To get the most convenient time/day you would like to be scheduled for, we recommend a few days notice (during peak season a weeks notice). You can always try us on short notice, as we may have an opening, but we may be all booked up.

We are open October through March/early April with hours of operation changing depending on the month and snow conditions. We are always available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the daytime. Appointments start every half hour.
